Tin
TIN NEEDS A HOME — and urgently. 🐾
Meet Tin, a beautiful Australian Cattle Dog (Boyero Australiano) of one year old (he es born last year in June)
Tin weighs approximately 14 kg (31 lbs) and is an incredibly sweet, smart and enthusiastic young dog.
When we met him, he greeted us with so much excitement and immediately wanted to play with his toy.
He is affectionate, lively and clearly loves interaction and play. He mastered "sit" within 10 minutes of traning, he ia a very smart dog!
Unfortunately, Tin was given to an elderly couple who simply cannot meet the needs of a young, active dog like him. Due to health limitations, they are unable to walk or properly exercise him, and Tin currently spends most of his life alone in the garage.
For a young, intelligent and energetic working breed, this is especially difficult.
We would love to find Tin a family who can give him the walks, exercise, play, stimulation and companionship he needs — somewhere he can finally be part of the family and be truly loved.
His situation is becoming urgent, as there is a possibility that he may simply be given away to whoever is willing to take him.
We really want to prevent that and make sure Tin ends up in a safe, responsible and committed home.
📍 Located in Pérez Zeledón.

FAQ
Where are you located / Is there a shelter I can visit?
We are a foster-based rescue, which means we operate without a shelter or office. Every animal we help is cared for in a foster home. Most of our fosters and volunteers are located in and around San Isidro de El General, Pérez Zeledón, in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica.
Can I visit the animals available for adoption?
Yes! Once your application is approved, we’ll coordinate a meet-and-greet with the foster home.

Unfortunately, we can't issue tax-deductible receipts for donations made to our Costa Rican Bank Account or PayPal.
However, we’re supported by Friends of Charlie’s Angels Costa Rica, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in the U.S. This allows U.S. donors to make tax-deductible contributions to support our rescue work in Costa Rica.
