Contact Us

We’re a foster-based rescue, which means we work without a shelter facility or office. Every animal we help receives care in a loving foster home. Most of our foster families are located in and around San Isidro de El General / Pérez Zeledón, in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica.

Before reaching out, please take a moment to read below and understand how our rescue works—and how you can help.

If you're contacting us about a dog or cat in critical need, please see the emergency guidelines ↓

How We Work

We’re a small team powered by volunteers and foster families. To help us respond quickly and stay organized, please choose the right path for your request:

Interested in fostering, adopting a dog, adopting a cat, donating, or volunteering?

Please visit the relevant pages on our website to fill out an application form.

Have a general question? Feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or E-mail.

Please keep in mind that because we’re a small team of busy volunteers, replies can sometimes take a few days—unless it’s an urgent case.
