Kerry
a tender & gentle girl
Kerry
Meet Kerry 🩷
Kerry is one of Kira’s 11 beautiful puppies, born on August 16, and she is such a sweet, tender little girl.
She is growing up in a wonderful foster home surrounded by adult dogs of all sizes, and she absolutely loves playing with them. She is very social, gentle, playful, and already learning so much from the older dogs around her.
Like all of Kira’s puppies, Kerry is healthy, chubby, fluffy, playful, wonderfully goofy, and an absolute joy to be around. She has a fantastic appetite, is completely weaned, and is eating puppy food on her own.
Based on the size and build of the litter, we expect Kerry to grow into a medium-to-large dog, probably somewhere around 18–28 kg / 40–62 lbs as an adult. Of course, this is only an estimate.
Kerry has already received her first puppy vaccination, and our vet was very happy with how healthy and well-developed the entire litter is. 🙏🏼
🌧️ RAINY SEASON SPECIAL
If you are an expat living in Costa Rica and would love to adopt Kerry but the regular adoption fee is difficult for you right now, please talk to us. For these puppies, we are happy to offer the Tico adoption rate of ₡25,000.
Please also remember that adopting a puppy comes with important responsibilities:
- Once Kerry is old enough, spaying is mandatory. Charlie’s Angels can help with the cost.
- Her adopter must continue her deworming and full puppy vaccination program until the series is complete and proper immunity has been established.
- She will need continued socialization, training, love, patience, and lots of positive experiences as she grows.
Kerry is such a gentle little soul and would be a wonderful addition to a loving family — especially one that already has a friendly dog who would enjoy having a playful little sister.

FAQ
Where are you located / Is there a shelter I can visit?
We are a foster-based rescue, which means we operate without a shelter or office. Every animal we help is cared for in a foster home. Most of our fosters and volunteers are located in and around San Isidro de El General, Pérez Zeledón, in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica.
Can I visit the animals available for adoption?
Yes! Once your application is approved, we’ll coordinate a meet-and-greet with the foster home.
