BLUE
Blue is a lovely little puppy with a sweet personality and playful puppy energy. She was rescued together with her sister Brie, the rest of her siblings, and their mom from a neglect situation, and she is now safe in foster care and doing really well.
She is gaining weight nicely, growing beautifully, and turning into a happy, affectionate little girl. Like any young puppy, Blue is curious, full of life, and ready to start her new adventure with a family of her own.
She is currently in a foster home in San Ramón, not Pérez Zeledón, but we can help with transport for serious adopters.
Blue must be spayed before 6 months of age. If you are interested in adopting her, please fill out our application and we will be in touch.

FAQ
Where are you located / Is there a shelter I can visit?
We are a foster-based rescue, which means we operate without a shelter or office. Every animal we help is cared for in a foster home. Most of our fosters and volunteers are located in and around San Isidro de El General, Pérez Zeledón, in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica.
Can I visit the animals available for adoption?
Yes! Once your application is approved, we’ll coordinate a meet-and-greet with the foster home.

We are a small, volunteer-run organization with limited resources, but we do our best to help whenever possible. To report a stray animal or find more information, please visit our CONTACT PAGE.I saw a dog / cat on social media up for adoption but can’t find it on the website.
There are two possible reasons:
1. We haven’t had time to upload the animal to the website, but it may still be available.
2. The animal is in a foster-to-adopt trial or has already found a home. You’re still welcome to apply using our general adoption application. Then we can match you with a similar dog / cat.Are you a officially registered non-profit organization?

Are Donations Tax-Deductible?
Unfortunately, we can't issue tax-deductible receipts for donations made to our Costa Rican Bank Account or PayPal.
However, we’re supported by Friends of Charlie’s Angels Costa Rica, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in the U.S. This allows U.S. donors to make tax-deductible contributions to support our rescue work in Costa Rica.
