Mathilda
playful & cuddly
Mathilda
Jack Russell fans, meet Matilda! ❤️
This gorgeous little girl is five months old, and what a sweetheart she is!
Matilda is a Jack Russell mix with everything we love about these little dogs.
She's lively, playful, full of personality, and at the same time incredibly affectionate.
She loves being close to her people, and honestly, she's just a delight to have around.
Of course, she also has that typical Jack Russell energy, so we're looking for a family who enjoys an active little companion and appreciates the character of this wonderful breed.
Matilda currently weighs 7.5 kg (16.5 lbs), and we expect her to reach around 10–13 kg (22–29 lbs) when fully grown.
She's already spayed, up to date with her vaccinations, and ready to move on to her very own family.
📍 Dominical, Costa Rica
And seriously, just look at that face! 😍
If you've been looking for a sweet, fun little dog with plenty of personality, Matilda is definitely worth meeting!

FAQ
Where are you located / Is there a shelter I can visit?
We are a foster-based rescue, which means we operate without a shelter or office. Every animal we help is cared for in a foster home. Most of our fosters and volunteers are located in and around San Isidro de El General, Pérez Zeledón, in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica.
Can I visit the animals available for adoption?
Yes! Once your application is approved, we’ll coordinate a meet-and-greet with the foster home.

There are two possible reasons:
1. We haven’t had time to upload the animal to the website, but it may still be available.
2. The animal is in a foster-to-adopt trial or has already found a home. You’re still welcome to apply using our general adoption application. Then we can match you with a similar dog / cat.Are you a officially registered non-profit organization?
Yes! Charlies Angels Resque is officially registered under the legal name Asociación Charlie’s Angels CR, cédula jurídica 3-002-757592.
How are you funded?
We rely entirely on donations from generous individuals and the occasional fundraising. Every contribution makes a big difference. For more informatiopn visit our DONATION PAGE
Are Donations Tax-Deductible?
Unfortunately, we can't issue tax-deductible receipts for donations made to our Costa Rican Bank Account or PayPal.
However, we’re supported by Friends of Charlie’s Angels Costa Rica, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in the U.S. This allows U.S. donors to make tax-deductible contributions to support our rescue work in Costa Rica.
