Molly, a young and energetic wire-haired Dachshund mix, had quite the adventure before being ready for adoption.

Her story began when employees of ICE noticed her seeking refuge at their plant. The workers secretly cared for her, they provided her with food, water, and even a small mat to sleep.

​

But as the weeks passed, they realized that Molly was pregnant, so they reached out to us for help. Molly needed a safe and loving environment to bring her puppies into the world.

​

And just a few days later, on the 7th of June, 2023 she gave birth to five beautiful puppies in one of our foster homes. Under the watchful eyes of her care giver Mercedes, Molly nursed and nurtured her little ones, ensuring they grew strong and healthy.

Once her puppies were weaned and thriving, it was Molly's turn to receive some care.

She was vaccinated and spayed, so that she wouldn't have to go through the challenges of motherhood again.

Now Molly is ready to embark on a new chapter in her life — finding her safe and loving forever home.

Molly has a personality as vibrant as her appearance. Her short legs, amber eyes, and wire coat make her irresistibly cute.

Despite her small stature, Molly is a bundle of energy, always ready to play and explore.

Molly is a great companion dog; she could thrive as a single dog or happily coexist with other furry friends. In her foster home, she get’s along well with other dogs and even the two cats.

Her favorite place is curled up in her cozy dog bed or, even better, snuggled on a loving lap.
